Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO)

Job Description:

  • Actively conduct risk assessments at project site and recommend measures to minimize and eliminate possible risks to any person.

  • Report on health and safety issues to the Project Manager which includes preparing of incident and loss statistics and monthly summary reports.

  • Work closely with different teams to implement and maintain a strong safety regime on site.

  • Conduct toolbox meeting and ensure the permit to work system in place.

  • Ensure project's compliance with all Singapore statutory requirements for Health, Safety and Environment at all times.

  • Reporting to the WSH Manager, you will liaise closely with Project Managers on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety at the sites

 

Work Experience: 

Diploma and above in Safety or relevant

Registered WSHO by MOM

Good knowledge of Safety Regulations and Procedures.

At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in construction industry (Preferable in LTA projects or other civil works)

Good team player
