The Downtown Line Stage 3 C923A project include the construction of tunnels between Tampines East and Upper Changi Stations with a total length of 4.76km, a TBM launching shaft and eight cross passages. Two 6.35m diameter EPB machines were used to construct the bored tunnels. The contract value is S$91.13 million.
