Site Engineer

 

Job Description:      

  • To oversee implementation of the engineering controls onsite in line with health and safety procedures with objective of meeting the schedule and quality objectives of the project

  • To plan the activities in order to effectively utilize resources to meet construction program

  • Coordinate with Station Manager and Superintendents on Engineering, temporary works, scheduling and status of the project

  • To review specifications drawing in order to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts

  • Ensure the currency and accuracy of information for schedules and reports

 

Job Requirements:

◆Degree in civil or construction engineering

◆Previous experience as site engineer preferred

◆Competent in planning and organising work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines

◆Sound working knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation of same

◆Strong and clear communication skills with proven ability to engage other
