Admin Assistant

Job Description:

  • Handles general office administration at project site.

  • Maintain updated workers’ site record and leave records.

  • In-charge of workers’ dormitory lounge and logistics.

  • In-charge of workers’ course safety enrollment as/ when required.

  • Handles workers’ time card for payroll purposes and to be submitted to head office in timely manner.

  • Maintain updated fixed assets record on-site.

  • Maintain and order office supplies and stationeries in monthly basis.

  • Maintain and order office pantry supplies in monthly basis.

  • Handles ad-hoc related duties as/ when required.

 

Professional Qualification:

◆ Proficient in Microsoft Office with an eye for details

◆Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience

Proactive, responsive and attentive to project requirement

◆Location (Site base)
