Handles general office administration at project site.
Maintain updated workers’ site record and leave records.
In-charge of workers’ dormitory lounge and logistics.
In-charge of workers’ course safety enrollment as/ when required.
Handles workers’ time card for payroll purposes and to be submitted to head office in timely manner.
Maintain updated fixed assets record on-site.
Maintain and order office supplies and stationeries in monthly basis.
Maintain and order office pantry supplies in monthly basis.
Handles ad-hoc related duties as/ when required.
◆ Proficient in Microsoft Office with an eye for details
◆Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience
◆Proactive, responsive and attentive to project requirement
